Reducing Rubbish

L.G. to persuade other people to our point of view.
S.C. -include powerful adjectives, verbs and precise
nouns.

Audience: S.P.S children and parents

Hi children and parents of stratford primary school community I’m here to tell you that waste and litter around our school is not ok. Did you know that every bin we empty cost the school money.

Firstly,do you know that the school spends about 2000 dollars on rubbish each two weeks. Also we don’t like packaged rubbish at S.P.S now because it is expensive to get rid of.

Secondly,to stop the school from paying for our rubbish we need to take our own rubbish home and have litter less lunch boxes.

Thirdly,i think it is a time for change a big change for this school no rubbish or litter and no packaged foods. I think that children should buy in bulk and use airtight lunch boxes.
